The clone 15 is a smooth fruit forward wine. The wine is bursting with raspberry, blackberry, and plum flavors, saddled with leather and hints of cigar. The nose is perfumed with berry aromas, predominately raspberry with hints of vanilla. This too is a plush wine and has a lingering pallet of toffee and chocolate with firm tannin.

With a dark red hue interlaced with hints of dark purple and indigo, the wine opens up with alluring aromas of ripe berries, freshly baked blueberry tart, black licorice, dark chocolate, earth tones, cinnamon and incense. On the palate, the flavors expand with generous notes of ripe blackberry, huckleberry, fresh cassis, bittersweet chocolate nibs, roasted walnuts and layers of spice. On top of that, the wine is full-bodied with a velvety mouthfeel, firm structure, smooth tannins, and a long, gracious finish. 2015 Taddei Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley

The 2016 clone 337 has both structure and approachability.  Like its brother little brother clone 15, the 2016 clone 337 spent three years in new French oak. Soften with barrel time and age this classic wine is packed with dark stone fruit and fruit forward berry flavors, seamlessly wrapped in a leather, tobacco, and graphite aromatic. The 2016 clone 337 has intense stone fruit and berry and dark cherry notes in the mouth. The mid Palate is defined with currant, white pepper and minerality undertones.
